To ensure a consistent supply, our UK stock is replenished weekly from our production facilities across Europe.

We understand that sometimes an online purchase may not meet your expectations. If you're not entirely satisfied with your order, you have the option to return it within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. Orac offers a wide selection of decorative mouldings and architectural elements made from top-quality polymers. These materials combine the strength and flexibility of man-made products with the appealing look of natural materials like wood or plaster. Our ornaments are very durable, lightweight, and simple to install because they are made from advanced materials such as polyurethane (Purotouch®) or extruded polymer (Duropolymer®). Unlike traditional materials like wood or plaster, installing Orac products is a quick, clean and simple process. Just be sure to follow the step-by-step instructions carefully and use the right adhesive for the best results. Our products come primed only with a matte primer, making them ready for painting straight out of the box. For best results, we advise using good quality water-based paints. However, if you plan to use an alternative finishing method, we recommend conducting a test beforehand to ensure satisfactory results. Please note that Orac cannot be held responsible for the outcome after any additional treatments or manipulations to the product surface.

While Orac products are not inherently fire-rated, they can be treated to meet strict fire safety standards. Our Purotouch® profiles, can undergo a fire-retardant coating process to achieve European certification B-s2 d0 (equivalent to Class 1 in the UK) or C-s2 d0 for full wall covering applications. This certification ensures the products have suitable fire retardancy for most commercial settings. Orac offers stock references such as W111FR BAR and W109FR VALLEY, which come pre-treated with a fire-retardant coating. However, if your project demands specific fire rating requirements, please reach out to our team for tailored solutions. It's worth noting that untreated Orac products fall under Fire Standard E, meaning they can potentially burn and continue burning without self-extinguishing. Nonetheless, these products can be protected by applying fire-retardant paints like AL20 (Aithon) or other suitable alternatives recommended by our experts.
