A great quality build. Incredibly quick scooter. Set the torque to the slowest and it still is an unbelievable rush. On the bike stand it did 82kmh. Fastest I've had it so far (on private property) is about 65km. Plenty fast for me thanks. Zoom hydraulic brakes are so good and quiet. Suspension is tight and easily adjustable. Display is bright and accurate. Only had it a week but I'm really impressed, and the staff are really good with communication and advice. 5/5 stars for iScoot and so far, 5/5 for this awesome scooter.
I’ve had the scooter a week and tested most of the functions and its range and I’m very happy with it so far. I’ve taken it on bush trails over sand mud rough terrain uphill down steep tracks on footpath roads to suburban streets and footpath. You get what you pay for with scooters and I think you’re getting good value with the scooter. It’s got a pretty good range of tested the range to be close to accurate. I mostly sit on maximum speed of 25 as I’m in Australia and we can’t go any faster than here. all the features are very easily accessible and will sort it out. I would highly recommend getting a phone holder for the Segway that they make so that you can have the phone on your handlebars and see how you’re travelling as far as battery and distance goes. The regenerative breaking is excellent. The disc breaks although not hydraulic are still quite efficient to stop abruptly if necessary. I wouldn’t get a Segway bag to go on it because it doesn’t fit and it’s not designed for these or one of the storage carry bags they don’t fit this machine. They’re hard to put in a boot because they’re so big so I haven’t worked out how I’m going to carry it around. Maybe put it in my Combi. Overall very pleased with this machine if you can get it cheap enough. It cost me nearly $300 to Shepherd here to Tasmania so if you’re in the city somewhere then it’s probably only going to be $99 so that would be a saving for you. I noticed the range on the cheaper models quite limited but this will easily do. I imagine 50 km on maximum speed of 25. Hillclimbing of at least 22% is handled very easily. A lot of this cheaper scooters will only do 12 to 15% gradient. The only issue I have is in Tasmania there are no repair places to get it serviced if there’s anything goes wrong I’m gonna have to somehow box it up and send it back to someone on the mainland so that’s a consideration but overall very pleased with the scooter. Would highly recommend it.
