    I ordered 3 pairs of flip flops for my holidays . 1 pair wasn’t suitable so I tried to return online. Had an issue with the link called customer service who promptly emailed me a return form to print. Kept up to date with the return and money hit my account shortly after return was made .

    Your sandals do not hurt my feet they have support. Regular shoes have toe room and narrow in the heels

    Very Disappointing experience

    My experience was very disappointing. I used the DPD delivery option to a local collection point (as previously used) and was unable to use the provided code and this couldn't be scanned. There was no alternative and I was unable to collect my parcel, even with provided ID. Requested a refund which I have still not received - have had to e-mail again to request. This has been resource heavy to say the least.

    Sold on FitFlop!

    For years, I been wearing FitFlops “flipflops” sandals year-around. With the sole support of good walking/running sneakers they are excellent- the Only shoe I can purchase sight unseen! Consistency, quality, brand integrity. PS I really like the Fitflop sandals with adjustable straps available over the past few years.

    I’ve been using FitFlop for the last 20 years & I can’t wear anything else this comfortable. But the old ones used to have more quality. Why don’t you bring back the white sole? Regarding the boot, seems comfortable but I didn’t use it outside yet.

    I fell and had very bad consequences

    I fell and had very bad consequences. After that, I have to wear comfortable shoes. My orthopedist suggested that I tried Fitflop sandals for the summer. I bought them and liked the way I felt in them. It's been Fitflop Winter and Summer ever since.
