Schedule Shipping

We'll arrange secure shipment of your items to our offices. You can choose between FedEx pickup from your home, drop-off at a FedEx location near you or drop-off at our offices in New York. Shipping is fully insured by insurers at Lloyd's of London.

Prepare for Sale

Our team of gemologists will prepare your items for auction by professionally cleaning and photographing it for you. In addition, objective third-party experts will grade your jewelry. This ensures that it's presented in a way that attracts the attention of potential buyers.

Online Auction

Once you select your reserve price and start your auction, we'll run an online jewelry auction for 2 to 3 business days to our network of over 1,000 professional buyers. You'll be able to view the auction online and watch the bids roll in.

Get Paid

Once your jewelry is sold, you'll receive your payment via bank transfer, PayPal, or check.

What type of jewelry can I sell with you?

Our business model is built and optimized to facilitate the sale of different kinds of diamond jewelry, such as diamond rings, bracelets, necklaces and earrings. We also help sell loose diamonds and branded luxury watches.

How much does your service cost?

Our fees are subject to a successful auction and are a percentage of the final sale price. So we share a common interest. We also only get paid when you do.

** For Jewelry Box (3 or more valuables), a flat fee of 18%* applies.

How long does the selling process take?

The process typically takes 10-14 business days from the time your jewelry arrives at Worthy headquarters to getting your payment issued. For more on getting paid, see here.

Can I back out of the process at any time?

Prior to auction there is no obligation of any kind. Once you agree to a reserve price and start your auction, you are committed to selling your valuable for that price (at least). If the highest bid falls below the reserve price, you can decide to decline the offer and have your jewelry sent back to you fully insured, free of charge.
