Extraordinary customer service

Easy to order especially since they have great shoes. I’ve been wearing mostly FitFlops for the past 10 years. On a few occasions I’ve had to return them because of size and their customer service has been extraordinary. Even when a pair was lost in the mail they tracked it and gave me a refund.
